Care Pathways

Structured Around What Your System Requires

Every engagement at The Finery begins with measurement — and every pathway is designed from what that measurement reveals. Whether you are optimizing performance that's already strong or restoring capacity that has been lost, your protocol is built from your data, structured to your demands, and paced to your system's response.

At The Finery, your pathway is never selected from a menu. It is designed from what your measurement data reveals.

Every Pathway Begins with Measurement.

Before any engagement is structured, FAA™ and CAI™ establish a complete picture of how your system is performing — across physical function, neural regulation, and cognitive clarity. This baseline defines where coordination is strong, where signaling may be constrained, and how your system responds under demand. Your pathway is then designed by Dr. Rawlin and the clinical team based on what that data reveals: the scope of refinement needed, the pace your system can sustain, and the domains that require the most focused attention. Two individuals with similar symptoms may require fundamentally different pathways — because their measurement profiles reveal different architecture. This is why The Finery does not publish standardized packages. What you need is determined by what we measure, not by what you select.

Two Paths.
One Standard of Clarity.

Every Functional Acuity engagement falls within one of two frameworks — not as a marketing distinction, but as a clinical one. Your measurement profile determines which framework applies, and the pathway within it is designed from your specific data.

Optimize

Optimize is for individuals whose systems are still performing well — but who have begun to notice that the margin is narrowing. Recovery takes longer. Clarity fluctuates. Sleep doesn't restore the way it once did. Nothing is clinically wrong, but something has shifted. Optimize pathways are designed to identify where coordination is beginning to constrain and refine it before degradation compounds. The objective is to protect what's working and extend the durability of high-level function.

Restore

Restore is for individuals whose capacity has meaningfully diminished — often without explanation. Labs return normal. Specialists find nothing definitive. But fatigue persists, cognitive consistency has eroded, and the sense of operating at full capacity has narrowed. Restore pathways are designed to identify where system coordination has broken down and rebuild signaling precision from the measurement profile outward. The objective is to recover functional capacity that conventional evaluation has been unable to address.

The Pathway Is the Outcome of Measurement

Within each framework, the specific pathway — its scope, duration, session frequency, and clinical focus — is determined entirely by what FAA™ and CAI™ reveal. An Optimize engagement may be focused and brief if the constraint is narrow. A Restore engagement may be extended and multi-domain if coordination has degraded across several systems.

This is why The Finery does not ask you to choose a pathway. We ask you to be measured. The pathway emerges from the data.

Seven Pathways.
One Standard of Measurement.

Each pathway is named for the clinical objective it serves. Your pathway is determined by your Functional Acuity profile — not selected from a list.

What Every Engagement Includes

Regardless of pathway, every client at The Finery receives the same standard of clinical attention, privacy, and structural rigor. The scope of your engagement varies. The quality does not.

Direct Access to Dr. Rawlin

Every session is designed and delivered by Dr. Eric Rawlin. There is no handoff to associate practitioners, no rotation between clinicians. The person who reads your measurement data is the person who treats you.

Hands-On Neural Pathway Integration

Every pathway includes dedicated NPI treatment hours — precise, structured input designed from your measurement profile. Session time varies by pathway. The precision does not.

Cognitive Acuity Scan

Most pathways include at least one Cognitive Acuity Scan that maps how your brain networks coordinate under demand. Restore and Optimize include before-and-after scans plus a follow-up scan within twelve months to track structural change over time.

A Personalized Clinical Plan

No pathway follows a standardized protocol. Your treatment plan is designed from what your data reveals — the domains that need attention, the pace your system can sustain, and the clinical objectives that matter most for your specific profile.

Privacy and Discretion

The Finery maintains a deliberately limited practice. Engagements are structured privately and scheduled to accommodate professional and personal demands. Your information, your presence, and your care are held with the discretion this work requires.

Measurable Accountability

Progress at The Finery is not defined by how you feel — it is defined by what your measurement data shows. Every engagement is accountable to structural change, tracked through reassessment, and designed to produce verifiable improvement in how your system coordinates.
